Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Aped ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at sol-aped.com, our Chrome extension, and our API at https://api.sol-aped.com.

1. What we provide

Aped is a demo trading terminal for Solana memecoins on Axiom Pro. We do not connect to your crypto wallet, execute real blockchain transactions, or hold digital assets on your behalf.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Telegram authentication

When you log in via our Telegram bot (@sol_aped_bot), we receive:

  • Telegram user ID
  • Username and first name (as provided by Telegram)
  • One-time login codes (stored in Redis, expired after use)

We issue a JWT session token stored locally in your browser extension.

2.2 Bug reports (opt-in)

If you use Report a bug, the Telegram bot Report a bug flow, or the extension report form, you choose to send a questionnaire (area, severity, summary, steps), optional screenshots/video, and optionally diagnostic JSON (demo trades, market-cap samples, extension version). We forward that package to our support Telegram chat and store a metadata record (report id, Telegram account, timestamps). We do not collect Axiom cookies or your wallet keys (demo product has none). Retention target: about 30 days for report payloads.

2.3 Product update broadcasts (opt-out)

If you have logged in with Telegram, we may send occasional product update messages via @sol_aped_bot (upcoming features and releases). The same content is published on sol-aped.com/updates. You can stop broadcasts with /mute and resume with /unmute in the bot.

2.4 Demo trading data

We store demo account data you create through the product:

  • Demo wallet names and balances
  • Simulated trades, positions, orders, and strategies
  • Trading settings and presets

2.5 Technical data

Our servers may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and operations. We do not sell this data.

2.6 Website analytics

The marketing site may load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps / session recordings) when configured, to understand traffic sources, page usage, and UX issues. Theme preference may be stored in your browser localStorage. We also use Google Search Console (server-side with Google) for search performance — it does not place a cookie on visitors.

3. How we use information

  • Authenticate you and associate demo data with your account
  • Provide, sync, and persist demo trading state across devices
  • Operate, secure, and improve the service
  • Respond to support / bug reports (including Telegram delivery)
  • Send product update broadcasts you have not muted (Telegram)
  • Respond to support requests at [email protected]

4. What we do not collect

  • Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet addresses for trading
  • Real on-chain transaction data (product is demo-only today)
  • Payment card or banking information (service is free)

5. Data storage & retention

Data is stored on servers hosted in the European Union (DigitalOcean, Amsterdam region). Demo trading data is retained while your account exists. You may request deletion by contacting us.

6. Third parties

  • Telegram — authentication via Telegram Bot API (Telegram Privacy Policy)
  • Axiom Pro — the extension reads public page content you already see (such as market cap) on pages you visit; we do not receive your Axiom credentials
  • Hosting — DigitalOcean, GitHub (CI/CD)

7. Security

We use HTTPS (TLS), JWT authentication, and industry-standard practices. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email [email protected].

9. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
